Raspberry lassi

A refreshing drink perfect for the summer time as raspberries become in season.

Ingredients

Prep time: 15 mins
Serves: 4 portions

150g Yogurt

1dl Vegetable milk (I like oats)

150g Raspberries

200g Peeled cucumbers

2 teaspoons honey

1 Lemon (juice only)


Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and serve by topping with cucumber slices, raspberries and fresh flowers!
